that when I look for broads to either bone or get in a relationship with the first thing I think of isnt so much of how hot they are as it is, "is that something that I would want to potentially breed superior examples of the human race with?" obviously good looks is the first thing I can notice, but I flat out avoid any situation which can result in me accidently crossing genes with some skirt too dumb to do simple mental work. I reckon if I'm going to either spawn loin fruit accidently or intentionally, I might as well make it the best motherfucking homo sapien sapien that I am possible of making. does anyone find any fault with this philosophy?

Illegal immigration

We need an old tyme debate, so I reckon this is a good enough topic.

Firstly I'll state I am not against immigration at all, my grandparents and great grandparents were all immigrants. And my moms side of the family had some fun times dealing with the immigration laws here. My grandparents got married in Sicily in the late 50s, my grandmother, pregnant with my mom, moved here almost immediately afterwards. At that point htere was almost no work there, even for my grandfather who was a stone mason. My grandmother was able to come here because her cousins were here, she lived with them for two years before my grandfather came over. When he came over, he couldn't find work for a while, so he told his brothers not to come. They ended up going to Australia and he never saw them again. He ended up getting a job for a city doing all sorts of masonry work, but I remember being told there was issues with his pension and citizenship(neither of them became citizens until the 70s or 80s)

Some of my second cousins do landscaping, even before the recession their business starting taking a hit because of people hiring day laborers who worked for less than minimum wage which made it hard for them to compete. One of my friends works for his dad as a landscaper part time and he was tellin me about the same problem. In addition to this, there is also the issue of farming, which ive heard that the low wages of alot of massive farms in hte south and midwest drive down food prices and make it incredibly hard to compete with them. I know up here there used to be alot of small family farms. Now I'm not entirely sure if it is a matter of not being able to compete or what, but all but a few of them have gone out of business.
There is also the issue of illegal immigrants often getting trapped in the cycle of being severely underpaid and not being able to get anywhere which essentially ends up with them being wage slaves. This also applies to alot of other industries, if I remember right, Wal-Mart took some heat a while back for a few stores that were hiring illegal immigrants and underpaying them.

There is also the matter of crime, if bucket was here, I'm sure he could whip out all of the stuff about criminals who werent here legally being allowed to stay and went on to commit other crimes. And it is not as if those people can be found as easily as those who are here legally and have known addresses or etc.

Then there is all the crime related to border security or the lack of it.

If anything, the borders should be more well secured and some serious reform needs to be done with regards to immigration laws, numbers of people allowed in, deporting people who aren't here legally who have commited any crimes, etc. I see no reason to allow Americans, or anyone else already here legally to be affected negatively by those who aren't supposed to be here. Likewise, if someone is willing to lawfully move here, there should not be excessive limits on the number of people allowed to move here. I see no problem with what Arizona is doing, illegal immigrants there burden their economy and there is crime as a result of the unsecured border and from some of the illegals there.

Thinking of saving up until next spring, selling my 250 Virago, and buying my second motorcycle.

Obviously I want a larger motor and a heavier bike. I prefer the smaller profile that the Virago has. I don't like the beefy bikes that I will also obviously look ridiculous on considering my size. Also, considering that, I need a sub 27 inch seat height.

With my knee problems I think the cruiser style suits me best for comfortability. I'm ultimately looking for a bike that I feel comfortable taking on the highway and for long trips.

I do not yet have any self-suggestions.

Just whipped out some heavy artillery on the Subie paintjob. I've been neglecting the car for the last couple of years. Just laziness. And giving in to the fact that it's 6 years old now, and it gets a new battle scar every time I park in any supermarket lot. Also been contemplating a new car soon, but it may be a little later than sooner. So I revived the '04 as best as possible. It has just under 80k miles on the clock, it's still in fine mechanical shape (I make sure of that). But the paint job needed some TLC. There's not much I can do about all the little dings and dents, but I can get a perfect shine and get rid of most of the scratches.

About a week ago I did a really good wash, compounded any rough areas in the paint, then polished the whole car with cleaner wax and an electric orbital polisher, the kind they use in body shops. Got the paint super smooth. Also got out some bad scratches in the glass from last winter. I used a really nice quality Eastwood glass polishing kit, with a fine grit Rhodite compound and buff wheel/drill attachment. Also fully detailed the interior. In all I was out there for about 10-12 hours. My neighbors think I'm out of my mind.

Then a few days later I did another good wash, and hand polished the car using a really good non-cleaner wax (Meguiar's Gold Class). After that the car is shining like I've never seen it before. I figured I'd take some pictures and save the moment, since that's probably the last time I'll ever put that much effort into this car.
